Are letters to the editor a valuable feature in the newspaper?
Letters to the editor are a valuable feature in the newspaper. It lets the public voice be heard. It also allows the complain letters and apology letters be shown officially. Letters to the editor are very valuable.

Letters to the editor lets the public’s voice be heard in the newspaper. We can send letters to the editor of a newspaper if we read an article and wants to give information or to complain about it. For example, I found a letter yesterday complaining about an AD. We can also send letters regarding issues that needs to be resolved. I also found a letter regarding boom cars in Toronto and banning it. We also have every single right to express our feelings correctly, if we didn’t, there would be violence. Did you know that WW1 began because of a murder and people didn’t express their feelings correctly so they got violent? Letters in newspaper can influence new laws, some changes and some improvement. For example, a law is passed to ban boom cars and it was influenced by a letter in the newspaper.

Letters to the editor in newspaper allows complain letters and apology letters to be shown officially. For example, if I ran a company and the newspaper interviewed me, and I somehow gave wrong information, I send a letter to the newspaper apologizing for it. Another example, if I was trying to change the benefits and the boss isn’t listening, I send a letter to the newspaper so it can be put in and the public will know what is going on.

Letters to the editors are very valuable and should be kept as a feature. The newspaper would be boring and no relief from other articles. We also need to know if the newspaper got wrong information. That is why letters are important.
